Santorini farm visit and Wine tasting Itinerary
The Santorini wine tour begins at a fine winery where you are invited to learn about the old-world techniques of creating wine and sample Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani. Get access to a private canava (cave cellar) from the 19th century and get a taste of how people lived when they stored their grapes and made their wine in these subterranean caves.
The most distinctive products you'll find here are cherry tomatoes, white eggplants, local cucumbers and yellow fava beans. During your tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste these and other delicious Santorinian dishes, as well as sample some of the island's famous wine.
