Nafplio Beekeeping Workshop Itinerary
A genuinely exceptional journey into the mystic world of bees in their natural environment.
We will depart from our meeting location in Nafplion and travel across the Argolic plain's orange plantations before arriving at the traditional honey production unit.
We will put on our special beekeeping attire and start our unique tour of the fragrant bee gardens with beehives here. We will discover the superb structure of the bees society as well as how they feed and make honey.
We will also learn about the history of beekeeping, which dates back to ancient times, as well as its equipment and methods for collecting honey from hives. We'll taste unique greek varieties of honey and get a firsthand look at the production and packaging facilities.
