Meeting Point: Imerovigli Village

The first of the three suspended villages you'll see with us today is Imerovigli, where you'll meet us to begin your Santorini walking tour in the morning.

Greek coffee at traditional cafe

Greeks enjoy their coffee every day, so you'll first stop at a kafeneion, a classic wooden-table cafe, for a freshly brewed traditional greek coffee and a handcrafted regional treat prepared with fruit straight from a family orchard. Get to know the Greek coffee scene, socialize with the locals, and take in breathtaking Aegean Sea views.

Walking tour

Continue your journey through Imerovigli's footpaths as you learn about the island's countless invaders throughout history, fortified ghost cities, and once-thriving civilizations as you learn about the myth of the Lost City of Atlantis. Imerovigli is the highest caldera village.

Firostefani Village

Next stop is Firostefani village. You'll stop for a delectable organic ice cream on the go as you meander around Firostefani's picturesque alleys with the whitewashed buildings, blue-domed churches, and bougainvilleas.

Blue Dome of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church

This location is without a doubt the island's most popular location for postcard photos. Take some of your greatest pictures here with the Caldera and church as a backdrop, and watch your Instagram account soar!

Local beer and Greek food

It’s almost noon , so its time to relax and enjoy a freshly brewed Santorini beer with greek tapas and a local pub while admiring the views of Santorini’s active volcano. Learn about Greek cuisine and greek food culture.

Fira

Attractive Fira, Santorini's major town, will be your final stop on our walking tour of the island. Here, you may browse the studios and showrooms of local artists and craftspeople and stop by a deli that offers foods and items from all around Greece.
