Nafplio City Tour - Discover its Culture In Detail

Discover the beautiful beauty of Nafplion on an exciting trip that mixes culture, history, and regional cuisine. Meet your tour guide at the meeting location in Nafplion and go to Palamidi, one of the most notable Venetian fortification works.
The Palamidi castle, which overlooks the city of Nafplion, is still in outstanding condition and follows the natural line of the 216-meter hill. It was finished in 1714 to support Venetian military and naval activities of the period.

You will study about Otto's rule towards the end of the 18th century and how Palamidi became Greece's cruelest jail. Our castle tour is quite spectacular. During Otto's reign, the clock was installed at Akronafplia, which had been donated by the king's father from Bavaria.

This will be our next visit, and it is without a doubt the most gorgeous portion of town, with spectacular vistas. One of the most popular locations for photographers.
